SCROLL DOWN
We follow carefully designed, rigorously enforced health and safety protocols so you can focus on receiving your treatment, knowing we're committed to keeping you safe.
Here are a few specifics to help you prepare for your visit and minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission.
Please show up on time - not too early or late. Call us so we know you have arrived, and we’ll let you know when to come onto the premises.
Attend your appointment unaccompanied. We are presently unable to accommodate guests with waiting facilities. We can, however, advise on local refreshment outlets that your guest can use.
Please limit the personal possessions you bring with you. Enhanced cleaning of our location is ongoing and to maintain hygiene standards we may reserve the right to prevent personal items entering the treatment rooms.
We apologise that we are presently unable to provide refreshments. Please bring your own bottled water and snacks.
To avoid cross-contamination we will not be accepting cash payments presently.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to wash your hands. Hand sanitiser is also available for use throughout your visit. At the close of your visit you will be asked to wash your hands before leaving us.
During your visit we will be wearing industry PPE. Where appropriate, you’ll be asked to wear a face mask, which we provide for you.
Please do not wear jewellery as it provides an environment in which viruses can flourish. Additionally, minimal make-up should be worn.
Please ensure 1-meter distancing at all times, except when undergoing treatment. Please follow social distance markings where indicated within our location.
Please contact us straightaway if you have confirmed or suspected COVID -19.
